Oh, hi guys!! We had such a good time, just a glimpse of 

summertime and now it’s over. It's Autumn over here and it 

seems like it's here to stay.

Oh,¡hola gente! Lo pasamos tan bien, apenas un atisbo de 

verano para volver a la realidad. Es otoño por aquí y el frío 

apenas comienza.

These are just a few snaps taken during our trip to Miami. 

Yep! I came back with a ton of photos and also with a subtle 

tan!...

Estas son solo algunas tomas que hicimos durante nuestro

During the first few days I devoted my entire time to enjoy 

the sun and the wonderful beaches of South Beach, doing long 

walks on the Beach Walk, enjoying the amazing scene, the sea, 

the palm trees and the people...

Durante los primeros días me dediqué a disfrutar del sol y 

de las maravillosas playas de South Beach, hice largas 

caminatas por el Paseo de la playa disfrutando los increíbles 

alrededores, el mar, las palmeras y la gente... 

Miami, Art Deco...

Shops & Palm trees...Tiendas & Palmeras...

I also walked through the streets of this sunny and colorful 
city seeing its unique Caribbean Art-Deco architecture. I made 
a little shopping there and enjoyed the courtesy and politeness 
of the people, it's such a welcoming city! 

También caminé por las calles de esta colorida y soleada ciudad 

apreciando su singular arquitectura Art-Deco Caribeña. Hice 

unas cuantas compras y disfruté de la cortesía y amabilidad de 

la gente, ¡es una ciudad tan entradora!

Speaking of nice people, I must thank ElsaD. from Miami for 

her tips and candidness... I hope I'll meet you someday the 
next time!

Desde mi punto de vista...

Then, my husband joined me and we basically continued doing 

the same thing: sun, beach, walking and adding to the mix also 

a little night life, which of course turned out to be more 

fun and romantic...

Después mi marido se me unió y básicamente seguimos haciendo 

más de lo mismo: sol, playa, caminatas y agregamos a esto 

algo de vida nocturna, lo que por supuesto resultó mucho más 

divertido y romántico...

Ten days kid-less and with Esteban is more than time enough 

to remember how wonderful it is to fall madly in love all over 

again...

Our last day in Miami, we woke up with a bright and chilly 
morning, perfect for late shopping and a last romantic dinner a 
little way out of town...
Nuestro último día en Miami, nos despertamos con una mañana 
brillante pero fría, perfecta para unas compras de última 
hora y una romántica cena de despedida en las afueras de la ciudad...

And with a tropical storm over Miami, it was time to say 

goodbye to this amazing city and to these beautiful moments 

of a perfect time-out...

Y con una tormenta tropical sobre Miami, llegó el momento de 

decir adiós a esta increíble ciudad y a estos hermosos momentos 

de un perfecto tiempo fuera...

¡¡Chau, Miami!!

We spent the last two weeks in luxurious relaxation, a 

perfect slow-motion dream of late mornings and coffee & brunch; 

of bright sun and warm breezes on breathtaking afternoons, and 

red lips & fingernails and dinners for two in delicious 

restaurants and welcoming people...

Pasamos las últimas dos semanas en una lujosa tranquilidad, 

un sueño perfecto en cámara lenta con mañanas tardías, café & 

copiosos desayunos; sol radiante y brisas cálidas en gloriosos atardeceres, labios y uñas rojas y 

cenas para dos en deliciosos restautantes con gente maravillosa...

Overall, the trip was even better than I expected. It's 

always really nice to get a pause from real life and relax 

for a couple of weeks with the person that you love the most.

A fin de cuentas, el viaje resultó mejor que lo planeado. 

Es fantástico poder tomarse una pausa de la vida cotidiana y 

descansar por un par de semanas con la persona que amamos...   

And now, we take this weekend at home with the kids, a little 
time to breath in the last magical moments before the start 
of a new week...

Y ahora, nos tomamos este fin de semana en casa con los 
chicos, un tiempito para respirar por unos mágicos momentos 
antes de empezar una nueva semana...
